Norwich Short-Lets helps property owners increase the income generated from their property, whilst at the same time reducing the workload. Day-to-day management of your listings, guest enquiries and in-house communication, housekeeping, laundry, toiletries and check-ins, plus 24/7 support, are just some of the services provided under our Fully Managed Service package. Upon registration, we set-up your property profile or add your existing listings to our management portal. Norwich Short-Lets will deal with all customer enquiries and bookings and ensure customers check in successfully. We are on hand to offer support to in-house guests should they need it, through to the point of checking out. Norwich Short-Lets will then manage the cleaning and housekeeping process to get your property ready for the next guests. At the end of each month, you will then receive your payments for all completed stays in that month, minus the relevant costs for housekeeping and management, which will have been agreed with you at the point of registration.

Over the past 15 years, Norwich Short-Lets has built up an extensive client book of repeat leisure and corporate customers, many of whom stay with us on a regular basis. By listing your property with us, you will automatically have access to these customers, in addition to those we generate from the various booking portals we will manage on your behalf.

Our housekeeping team are the eyes and ears to your property and they will alert us immediately should any problems be found. We can then assess the best ways to resolve these on a case-by-case basis. Short stay properties inevitably incur higher levels of wear and tear and this should be anticipated, however we can also advise on interim proactive maintenance measures to reduce issues arising and indeed maintain the high standards of your property, ensuring you achieve the highest levels of occupancy and guest reviews possible.

We will advise you on all aspects of what your property needs on a room by room basis to meet the expectations of paying guests. As a short guide, your property will need everything you yourself would expect if you went on a self-catering holiday, including everything from furniture, bedding and linen, through to cooking utensils and equipment. Don’t worry, we will walk you through the process.

Yes. Whilst we work on a flexible basis with our landlords, we encourage you to keep as many days free as possible, as this is obviously the best way to maximise your potential income.

Yes. Upon registration with us, we will help you set up the relevant profiles to ensure your property is listed correctly to achieve maximum returns.

Norwich Short-Lets collects and collates all of your customer payments for you and produces a booking report and management statement, to accompany your payments at the end of each month. These detail all incomes and expenses over this period and Landlords benefit from access to our booking management system, allowing them to check on their properties past and future bookings whenever they wish.
